1.Unlox provides a 6-month replacement guarantee from the date of purchase of the tablet (“Edulet Tab”)

2.Within this 6-month period, if the Edulet Tab is found to have any manufacturing defect or functional issue under normal usage conditions, a replacement will be provided free of cost.

3.The replacement guarantee applies only when:The issue is not caused by physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.

4.Proper proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is presented.The tablet has been used in compliance with Edulet’s usage guidelines.

5.Unlox reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of the device before approving a replacement.

6.The replacement will be of the same model or a model with equivalent specifications, subject to availability.

7.Any claim made after the 6-month period will not be eligible for replacement under this policy
